My 147s year?

My new 147 has a serial number of 2050041U355326. Was wondering if anybody could tell me the year, thanks.

I just looked up mine (147) for the first time tonight 2050041U375093 = Between Feb and March 1971.

I assume the number posted at the month is the number at the end of the month? So if its between 2 months then it would be the last month. But if the number is what was started at the month it would be the opposite but I dont think thats what they did. I say that but its really a question? Anybody know?

Mine is between April/May 1970

The number in the table is the first serial number produced that month, so yours was built during the month of April 1970. This table gives that info at the top.
