100 spring assist

can anyone tell me roughly what the spring rate is on a NF spring assist?

It must be a WHOLE BUNCH!!

I watched the travel on my QL1000 today, full up and down motion of the blade (6" or so of snow blade travel) is countered by only 1/2" of spring extension!!
