New guy from Madison WI with many thanks to all.

After reading all your posts, I got myself a non-running 122 for Christmas, and put it to work after replacing the throttle cable and tweaking the carb. The PO mods include a larger air filter and swivel boat seat. It will be a fire wood hauler from down in the woods to up to my cabin. Chains are in the mail. Thanks to all for assisting with my decision on the 122.

Welcome to OCC!!
Great looking 122! We know you will like it. Enough pleasantries, how are those rear wheel weights mounted?? I GOTS to know!! (No rest for the weary!!) :biggrin2: |
:Welcome2:
Nice 122! |
Threaded rod, nuts, and washers through two of the square holes in the wheel. Seems to hold ok. It would be a shame if one rolled off, down the driveway, into the side of the neighbors pickup, though.
