Hi all
I've been reading this web sight for a few weeks now and I have to say the info here is tremendous. I am looking to get into Cub Cadet collecting and pulling. I am purchasing a 782 this week and was wondering what manual trans will fit this unit also is this a good tractor to pull with?

I'll do my best to help with the rear end question but under stand I'm not a puller but any cast iron wide frame gear transmission will work in your 782. You might want to make a seprate post in the pulling section of the site where the pullers are used to seeing pulling questions.

My deal on the 782 got put on hold I think the PO is changing his mind. On the up side I found a great deal on a 70 and a 100 just picked them up Sunday. You guys are right these things are addictive.
