Engine swap
 

Need wiring Diagram for 2185.We are swapping a Kohler V-twin from a 2185 into a Cadet Cub 982. Have ignition switch from 2185-Need to confirm Wiring to complete the swap.

These diagrams are for a install of a 2185 Engine into a 982 using a 2185 Key switch.

The 982 did not have a Oil Warning Light. Thus you have to either add that or disregard.

The diagrams are colored coded as best as possible. Running the wires from the engine connector to the key switch, 14AWG wire should be used. Color(s) of your choice.
