Super??

What is it that makes a super a super ?

superduty5.9 05-02-2012 02:21 PM

The extended frame length (9" I think), 26-12-12 rear tires. I'm sure there's more. That's all I could think of right now!

Dual rear brakes, front hydro ports, power steering, and the other things superduty mentioned.

Front tires are larger and the front axle is different also.

All the above. :beerchug: also a steering wheel from what I can tell off of a Cub Low Boy. It is a bit bigger than the standard GT steering wheel.

Unless it's a Cyclops, they have the same size steering wheel as the regular Cyclops:biggrin2:

Not necessarily...those were only standard on the 1572-2072. 982-1914 had manual steering, and the 982 would not necessarily have had split brakes or front outlets, either.

Frame length, larger front and rear tires, larger front axle, and different reduction ratio in the rearend are the differences as has already been mentioned.

Size ..............and size matters so they say !! :biggrin2:

The supers accomadate a 60" deck also which I wouldn't put on a non-super (especially a HEAVY Haban) !! That's alot of deck . :beerchug:

Ok, I stand corrected, I was just comparing my 782 with my 2072. I'm learning more and more everyday!

Matt is right (as usual!), my 2084 didn't come with front ports, I had to add them.
