1572 Axle Bushings
 

Does anyone know what the I.D. and the O.D. of the steering knuckle bushings that are pressed into the axle. There are 2 on each steering knuckle. This would be on a 1572 Super by the way. Thanks in advance. Kelly

Hi Kelly I just rebuilt the front end on my 2072. I went through a company called motion industries the part number for them is 16DU24 these measure 1.125 OD, 1.00 ID and are 1.500 long these are the same mesurements of the original ones that came out of the axle. These are a split bushing they did fit a little loose so I used lock tight when installing them. Hope this helps, Wally
