Original throttle cable need help!
 

Took off carb to rebuild and paint as well as gov arm forgot how to attach the linkage with the arm and rest of set up. Please send picks of your linkage so I could figure out how to put back

Having just been thru this, I think there's a pretty good description in the manual ...which you can reference in the reference section :-)
