Oil pan (to frame ) same on NF and QL ?

Is the bolt pattern the same on a oil pan from K301 out of NF as a QL? ( where it bolts to the frame on NF versus the cradle for a QL )

I have to do a cradle mount upgrade and the cradle I got looks different from the one pictured in the tech section http://onlycubcadets.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4630

Yes,the oil pans are the same bolt pattern.I believe all the QL's used aluminum oil pans.I would rather use a cast iron one.
