Brinly Hitch

Hi ive got 3 dimensions that i need to complete my home made hitch, just wondering if anyone could help me out?
A-distance between these two holes
B-pin size
C-height of this pipe from top to bottom

A center to center is 3 inches
B is 5/8 dia
C is 3 1/2 inches

If it were me I would try and make it so the dia of the pin is 3/4 instead of 5/8.My 2 cents
