Coil on my 982?
 

I want to put the Kirk Engines yellow super coil & points saver but was wondering is there any specific order or side that the plug wires go to on the coil is it the + side of the coil plug wire goes to the oil filter side plug & the - side of the coil goes to other side ???? :bigthink:

Don't hold me to it but I do believe it spent matter on them

That coil does not have polarity, so it doesn't matter which lead is hooked where.

IIRR, It is a wasted spark system meaning both plugs fire @ the same time.
one cylinder is @ firing position the other is exhausting and the spark occurring there is "wasted" ( not to be confused with having to many brewskies with friends) --
