Original Deck Question

I am currently dismantling my 2 Spindle deck for the O. does any one know how to get the block that the blade mounts to (#27 on the link) off of the shaft? Is it threaded or just pressed on?

I believe it is threaded on. Seems like when I put new bearings in mine, one unscrewed when I was taking it apart. I am not positive about this though, it has been a while back. Mike

Thanks, I will try to unscrew them. I may end up scraping the deck shell itself, it has alot of rust pitting and a rust through hole.

Heres the shaft off mine is out of 62. Its threaded on. You will have to remove the shaft first and then the key and should spin off with a torch.
