i was woundering if the lift rods for the GT's are different lenghs to the supers ? :bigthink:

OK, I guess what I'm trying to say is, are the arms adjusted different length for the super to the GT's :bash2:

I would think there is a differance between supers and regular gt's because of the dropdown brackets. When I acquired my 451 there was no lift rod with it so I just fabbed up my own with about 4" of adjustment on either end of the rod.

im trying to get the tractor (red 982) to lift the (white 451) snow blower i put the rod on and it starts to lift but gets at the end of the lift cycle for the clinder it looks to be like it needs to be longer the lift rod,i can unscrew it to make it longer ,was just woundering it this is right i dont want to bend or tdo some thing thats not right !!! :bigthink:

OK....you are attempting to install a 451 snowblower on to a 982.

According to the Attachment Guide, the 451 wasn't designed for the 982.

The physical size and shape are the same between the 2 throwers. The only difference is the gearbox on the unit.
