tiller/thrower picked up
2 Attachment(s)
Got a tiller and thrower the other week. Both came with everything needed to install except the belts. I've ordered those, so should be able to install these. Tiller is going on the 149. (the blade in the background I've had for many years)
I think it's a #2 tiller and a QA42A thrower. |
Nice!! They look to be in excellent shape. Congrats on your new purchase.
|
Nice find! That looks to be a #1 tiller with both of the extensions.
|
Nice finds! Both look to be in great shape. I agree that it's a #1 because the #2's didn't have extensions. Did you order belts through CC? I hope you did, especially on the tiller belt. Alittle pricey at first, but will outlast any aftermarket belt. Made correctly for all the turns and twists of the mule drive. Congrats! :beerchug:

Ok, wasn't sure which tiller it was. I did order CC belts (from ccspecialties.org). Surprising what they cost!
The tines on the tiller are barely worn, so it hasn't seen much use. Due to be painted, though. The PO of the thrower welded a metal bar, perhaps 1/16th by 1/2 inch wide, along the entire edge of the auger to reinforce it. He did a nice job, I think. I don't think it's ever been used. Can't wait to get these hooked up. |
Congrats on the scores!
Look in great shape!:beerchug: |
Nice scores, you did very well!
|
Very Nice! I'm jealous, I've been looking for a tiller for a couple months now only to find overpricing.
|
Nothing like finding nice used attachments.

I would s like to see a closer pic of the reinforcement that was welded in if possable not sure what your talking about Tony |
