Tires

Should tires for my cub cost more than the tires on my wife's car? Wtf are they made of special rubber or something exotic?:bash2:

It's the nature of the beast my friend. Supply and demand.

Depends on the type of tire your looking for. Often you can find some good Craigslist deals for tires that are half price of new.

Speed cost money, how fast you want to go?
Just wait, fuel keeps going up, you'll be paying alot more for shipping also.

When it comes to Cub Cadet tires, I believe that "shopping around" is probably your best friend.

I think a lot of the guys here buy tires from Miller Tire, I get mine from Tucker Tire in Kentucky. I don't think $108.00 for a pair of 23/8.50-12 Deestone Ag tires is a bad price. Fortunitally, I don't have to buy tires too often.

If your seeking ags yes they are made of hard pure rubber which is expensive
car tires went to latex particle infused rubber in 82-83
