When A Regular Set Of Saw Horses Will Not Do!! Pics & Dimensions

I built my shed out of 40 foot "I" beams, I knew there would be a lot of cutting and trimming.

I needed a set of saw horses that would hold a "bundle" of I-beams at a time, and make it easy to to the cutting needed.

Lets see, I got tons of I-beams setting in the field, what should I make the saw horse's out of?? :bigthink:

DUHHHH!!

I took this pic because this saw horse happened to have the dimensions wrote on it.

6"X4"X8.5lb per foot.

The legs are made out of 2.5X2.5x1/4" angle.

I know you guys don't have enough to do, so here is a project.

I have had over 6,000 pounds of steel on two of these, and I have been using them since about 1995.

Get started!!
