Hey Jeff, what are you having trouble with? The spacer? The pic in the manual on page 2-22, showing the clutch in a vise, is correct. The pic on page 2-23 of the manual shows an extra part, part #5 Bushing, that's an extra part. Take out the bushing, add a washer there at the end of the compression spring, and that's how my clutch is assembled. The pic on the parts list exploded view reversed the order of the teaser spring and the spacer. It shows the spacer, part #20, in front of the teaser spring, part #4. It should be teaser spring then the spacer. The teaser spring goes inside the spacer cup. If it's something else, let me know, I'll post a pic of it. :biggrin2: |
