Almost got the motor in and ready to go. Just got the head back .040 was taking off can't wait to be done

Make sure you brace the clutch hanger.

You will need to brace the clutch hanger or it will bend. Most guys weld some flat stock to it and bolt the other end to the frame.

Exactly the added spring pressure will cause problems.

Infact I've never pulled a shaft driven tractor. How hard with that 1100pd spring be to push down?
