Confused about a tiller belt
 

I need a new belt for the #1 tiller on my 1450.

1. Is a 1450 a wide frame? I believe it is.
2. I can't read the Serial number on my plate, as years of use have worn it down, but I think it starts with 205, so this confuses me on my belt choices.
3. I also have an electric clutch.

I believe I should purchase the IH-549250-R1 bit I want to be sure. The PO said the old belt was about an inch too short, and now it is in about 3 pieces and unreadable.

Yours is WF, should have a 5/8" belt.

NO....that's the belt for a 1x8/9. You need the following, which is a couple inches longer...

IH-61959-C1- 7/16 X 145 1/2" Long

Oh, and the 5/8" belts didn't come in until the 82 series.
