Show off your lights

This is a request for anyone who has installed a rear light (white) on a cub cadet, independent of the OEM lights. I'm considering one for my 147 and would like some ideas on how you mounted yours. Yes I have done a search and found this thread: http://www.onlycubcadets.net/forum/s...ght=rear+light and was trying to see if there was any different styles besides this one.

Thanks

I tucked an LED light up under the pan shining down to use when pushing snow. Made a bracket and bolted it between the pan and the frame. Cant even tell it is there unless you look under the pan or it is on. When I get back out to it, Ill post a picture

How about 2 on the rear, and two more for the front?

Here's one on my 129/149. Mounted it using existing holes in the frame. I think the holes are for a spring assist.

Nice! I like a lot! Just wondering how you keep from draining the battery running that many lights. Most of the charging systems on these tractors are 15 amps. If those are 35 watt seal beams that's aprox. 17.5 amps worth of lights. Am I missing something? Are those L.E.D. lights?

No, not LED. And you are correct, they usually are 15A. My engine has been replaced with a M18 and I think it must have the 20A charging system on it. I put the lights on before I knew the charging system was only supposed to be 15A. I put them on 10yrs ago, and haven't had any charging problems  I have checked the charging system with all the lights and PTO on and it just does make 12V.... Like 12.3-12.6. I don't care, I like them.

Haha yea but the occasional time it gets caught out after dark another light to help me reverse can't hurt.
