1711/1211 is done

Well today I finally finished up the 1711/1211. This old girl functions and like a dream. Hydraulics work great, Hydro speed is the smoothest I have ever seen on a hydro machine. Does not speed up going down hill nor does it slow down going up a hill. The Mag 12 in it purrs like a little kitty. Really paid off repairing the cam speed plate and the pin that operates it. Even got a little old school action going on with the 125 seat. I think it looks pretty good on it. Even made a couple diamond plate floor boards. It also has the 2000 series driveshaft upgrade. Talk about ZERO vibration. This is the one I got off Donovan.

Nice job on the shaft. Looks like you inserted the 5/8" shaft into the 2000 tube and pinned it. Just a FYI I think you could use a 2000 style fan on the tractor. Plan on pretty much the same setup for another member with a 1450. Only way for him is to use the 1450 fan but I think it will work. |
Sam I did this same alteration 3 yrs ago when I installed the command in the 682 just didn't make up an adapter for the pump end. I have an extra adapter now so the 682 with the command will be getting the full monti as well. Sam I didn't get a fan when I purchased the driveshaft so I just used a stock 682 fan.
