Creeper Broken???

I was driving my 106 the other day and had the creeper engaged while backing up a small trailer. When i shifted the creeper back into high and let out on the clutch i heard a grind and now the tractor will not move at all. The drive shaft is spinning going into the creeper housing but will not move in low or high in any gear. And the creeper gear shift is very spongy feeling. Where should I start to look? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

what I would try doing first is take the main trans in gear and leave clutch out and move creeper and see if you have any grinding then you know you have power going to the creeper

Try what Ray said.

But it kinda sounds like you may have either broken the little pin that holds the fork or the fork itself may need to be repaired.

Doesn't really matter if the creeper is broke or if it isn't. It's probably going to have to come out. Make sure FIRST that you didn't shear the pin in the drive shaft at the creeper, if it is good, just as well pull it out. Then you can see what's going on. If it's the trans, the you know what to do. If it's the creeper, then, well, now you have it out! :beerchug:
