Wide Frame / Sub Frame Snow Blade

Can someone get me the measurements for the Sub Frame on a front snow blade for a Wide Frame. Need to make one for my 782. The one I have Is a Narrow frame and I cant find one, or at least one that I can afford.

I may have one that needs the ears welded on (sorry I don't have the ears) that I'd be willing to sell for $45 + shipping.....but I think shipping would be costly. Let me know (PM), if not then let me know what measurements you need and I will get those for you.

Here is a pick of what I'm looking for I took a sub frame from a deck and have the quick connects made I think I have the angles right. The front measurements are what I relay need + the over all length.
Thank you for any help

I have a 54 inch plow for the front of my 1712. What measurement are you looking for. Could maybe get them for you in the morning.

No hurry I just want to get it built before the first snow LOL.
Thanks everyone

Why don't you just cut the ears off yours and make it wider? We used to put our wide frame bade from a 782 on our 71. Length was the same.

i would rather not cut up a narrow sub frame that is in perfect condition.

Fair enough.

This is the one I'm putting on my 1650.
I welded new "upright and ears" on it, but man your going to have a time bending the rails to where they should be. Wouldn't you be just further ahead to find a used one rather than building one from scratch?:bigthink:
Your call. If you want I can measure what I have for you.
I know it looks a little off to the one side from the picture of the front, and it is by a 1/8" but the rails weren't in the best condition when I started. It straitens out when it's on the tractor. If you still want measurements draw a line on the pictures where you want it measured.

Ok, just took some measurement. The over all leight from the front of the rear support to the center of the pivit rod is 31 5/8.

Now for the other measurement. From the front of the sub frame to the front of the upright is 3 1/4. Also from the front of the upright to the center of the pivit rod is 2 7/16.

Not sure if you need this, but I have measurments for the upright. From the bottom of the upright to the top of it is 5 3/4. Then from the bottom of the upright to the center of the rod is 5 1/8.

Hope this helps.
