Finally got some time to get started on maintenance on the 2182. Pulled the Haban off, cleaned everything up. Got the tractor up on the lift. Pulled the rear wheels of, Loaded 26X12X12 Tru Powers are HEAVY. Drained Kubota SUDT oil out of the trans so that I can add a set of rear end braces. Next I need to paint the braces. Off to Wally World for paint. The Haban will also be getting some TLC and a paint job. :beerchug:

Did the brake hubs come with the holes ? Looks odd with all the holes in them, I have seen bikes with them. Also I wonder the purpose of the holes ?

Yep the disk's came with the holes no idea why they did that, not like they get hot at the speed it runs at. Seems to be a Super only thing. My 2284 also had them. This is a pic of the 2284 kind of hard to see in this pic but it also had the drilled disk's.

Yea I wouldn't think they would get hot... unless yo have a super duper super :biggrin2: . I would like to own a super one day.. you have some good looking tractors.

Looks good Sam. The only super Cyclops I have is an 1882 and it has the drilled disks too.

from what I have seen the later supers maybe only plastic nose ones have them

Not 100% sure why it'd have drilled, the only reasons I know of for drilled rotors are to help with heat or dirt/dust building. Oh well, maybe they just look cool :biggrin2:

Nice machines! :beerchug:
