PTO turns slowly
 

My neighbor has a Cub Cadet 3200 GT and the PTO won't turn off completely when disengaged. I was going to run over after lunch to have a look at it. Is there some sort of adjustment? I looked at the parts breakdown on the computer and it lists a PTO brake. I've never worked on these newer cub cadets, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
