guys, on my 800, the spark plug has oil on it and there is oil in the spoark plug hole , there is also oil on the front of the head and grease where the head gasket would be. is it a leaking head gasket?:bigthink:

cant really see the oil on the head in the pic but i saw it when i took off the muffler cover

Same thing happened on my 149. Probably hard to start and smokes when started for a moment or so.... That is more than a head gasket leak--Time to rebuild! Might be rings or piston slop or cylinder wall. Hard to tell until you get the head off and look at everything. Plan on somewhere around $250-$450, but an 800 is worth saving everyday of the week.
