Cub Cadet pressure washer

This is what happens when I have too much time on my hands. One of my friends needed an engine for his log splitter, I had this engine sitting around that came out of that 1641 that I bought from Earl so…… pull the 8HP Tecumseh off the pressure washer and repower it with the 16HP Vanguard. Not that it will make much difference in the performance of the washer but it has electric start and the Tecumseh was always a hard starter. Waiting for some new valves for the pump, had a couple that were worn out. Gotta go to TSC and pick up a couple cheap mufflers for it. Hope to have the valves midweek and give it a try.

Lost me on the log splitter part..... So, you gave your buddy the hard starting Tecumseh? Some buddy you are LOL! Just jabbin ya!~
Well, you won't run out of power... and you won't have to jerk on a rope anymore. At your age wouldn't want you to throw out your back or something! :biggrin2::biggrin2: (Seriously, I did that this year, and I still hurt. And I'm still "young" LOL!)

The log splitter had a Broke & Scattered that scattered. The Tecumseh is replacing that. As to the elec start I screwed up my shoulder a few years ago, had it fixed and would rather not repeat that experience. :beerchug:

John

It was $140 + for a Vanguard muffler or $16.00 for a TSC and Lowes exhaust. it's a beater engine in a pressure washer.

Allen

I like how it looks also. Will have to see how it works.

Eric
