Front Axle Spindle Slop.......
 

I had the front end of my 2182 jacked up and noticed that the spindles have what seems to be a lot of play in the axle. It doesn't affect the tractor's operation, but there is definitely quite a bit of wear. I guess the axle could be bored and have bushings installed. Another option.....use heavier grease!
Has anyone encountered a similar problem.

It already has bushings, probably time for a new set. Of course they are NLA so you will need to pull it apart and find out what you need to make it all better.
