I am modeling the clutch in my CAD/CAM software. If anyone wants it, PM me. I can send it in .igs , .x_t , .stl formats.

Do you do cad for a living?
After doing it 30 years, all I can say is great job!
And if your doing it at home, you must be bored, LOL.

I am an aerospace engineer by trade. I enjoy reverse engineering parts on my CC, either to maintain or improve.

3d model of 122

I would like to get the 3d model of the clutch. I am working on converting the whole 122 into a 3D model so that I can custom engineer parts in the future.

Another aerospace engineer here - thanks for doing this. Can I get an .igs file?

Very accurate, if any one has more details of other components, I will happily model them.

sillyness.
A tee square, protractor and compass will do just fine making 3 view working
drawings.

There for a while I was working on a 3D model of something I wanted to build.

Cmon George, Cadets got fixed without a nation wide network of wrench turners as well--but we all yak about every time we need to change the air filter. Properly used, 3D solid models make better products---emphasis on the properly used. Now I don't know why the OP wants to make models, but hey, let him have at it I say.

By the way, T squares went out when I was in junior high. We had those fancy Teledyne drafting machines in high school! Plus we had not one but TWO pen plotters.:biggrin2:
