Newbie with a 1650
 

hello; I have a very good condition 1650 hydrostatic drive with a mower deck and front angle blade. I'm having issues with the lift as it has only 2" travel and now won't allow the blade down on the ground. I thought it was hydraulic but I heard it could be electric. not sure what to look for to tell the difference.other than that the tractor works fine.
