Thinking about Cubs really helped...

3 Hours in a MRI machine this morning..

I had to be at the hospital this morning at 5:30. Had a snow storm that turned to ice over night and the wind was blowing 30 - 40 MPH all night and this morning.. The roads were bad and the hospital is about 45 minutes away. My Land Crusher is incredible in those conditions..
It was my first time in an MRI machine. They did several MRIs and then repeated them with a contrasting dye injected into my system. Kept my eyes closed and was going over my newest cub in my mind with my eyes closed. Imagined driving it around and playing with my other cubs. I actually fell asleep several times. Thumping, banging and all kinds of noise. Really tight in the machine. Has about 2 inches above my nose.. Not as bad as some told me.

Now I start 30 days of infusions. Have to drive there to get them..

You have to drive there and back everyday for 30 days?
I sure hope not but either way, hang in there and get well.
And be safe in your travels.

Oh, I'll be all right.. Just trying to get my Lyme disease under control.. Really did think about Cubs during the procedure.

I have to drive there and back every day. Tried to get the OK to do it at home but medicare will not cover it unless I go in.
