New Blower and Snowcab
3 Attachment(s)
I picked these up for my Super today looks like I may have got them just in time .Weatherman says snow for us in Northeast Pa. Tuesday night.Hope this does'nt break the rules but what's a cab like this worth? and does anyone else have one? I would love to know if it's worth putting it on.
Thanks, Bob |
If you are not sure about putting it on I'd be happy to try it for you and report back in a few years! That cab is nice! Love to find one for my super. If there is a model # or any IDs on it I'd like to know what they are. If you haven't mounted that blower yet check out my post in attachments on the dialing in I've had to do on mine. I see yours has the lift brackets. Mine also needed longer lift links for the super. It had supposedly been on a super but wasn't set up for one. It is now. You'll be amazed at what that thing will do. I've got a big walk behind that does a fine job. It's a toy compared to the 450 on the 1872. I suspect it will be getting another workout tomorrow.
I think someone had posted up the manual for it here before. Have I been conversing with you elsewhere under a different name? |

Nice cab and blower you picked up BThein  |
Yes Sqautch, same guy same Super and thanks for the kind comments Diz.I had to take it apart to store it for now and never saw any tag on it.Like yours ,last owner says it was on a Super all I know is it is different than the way the 450 that I have for my 1811 looks.I'm missing half the lift rod and he says he will look for it but I think some all thread will work in a pinch.
Take Care, Bob |
Looks just like mine. I have been using mine with out a lift rod as my Lift arm is broken. I made a hokey lever to rotate the lift on the blower but haven't needed it yet.
