Anyone Make a Pressure Washer Attachment?
I am looking for a used pressure washer and thought that one could be made for a CC. If I made a mule drive bracket like the ones used on a snow thrower or shredder that drove a pressure washer it could be very useful. The trouble is the pumps are very expensive especially the larger ones. Most of the broken pressure washers I see need pumps not engine work.
If I did this I would want a very long hose to keep spray away from the tractor. Other than that it should be something that could be done. If anyone has done this can you post pictures or a link to a thread that describes it? Anyway, it was an idea I thought I would throw out there. |
Sounds interesting, maybe a Cat pump mounted to the front of the mule on a slotted plate or something and depending on rotation and small belt it seems feasible. Mount a water tank on the rear and there you go.

Would be a cool setup!

If you had just the mount of a QA blower you could mount the pump in place of the *90 gearbox

3 Attachment(s)
I know this is not an attachment but it is a now a Cub pressure washer. Engine came out of a 1641. It was seriously messed up. I fixed the engine, sold the hard to start Tecumseh and replaced it with this 16HP Vanguard with electric start.

Wow that's awesome. Vanguards are hard to beat. Sam did you have to make some sort of adapter or did it just mount right up? I repowered my Coleman 70s pressure washer with a horr shaft Briggs in place of the Wisconsin that was on it and used some different double puller couplers from a bearing place but that looks like it just bolted up? My buddy runs a carpet cleaning machine with a vanguard that runs a cat pump with a love joy coupler. Interesting

http://www.pwoutlet.com/ I would be easy to just run a belt to a pulley to a shaft through a pillow block and into the pump or just use a belt driven pump, then all you would need to do is build a frame that will allow you to tension the belt. |
I have been thinking about doing this too. Also trying to figure out how to mount a 10k generator head on one maybe even a small home made dc welder.

I might try this, I have all the parts except the pump...
