My buddy got a new to him 9" south bend lathe. So I had to check it out, we are making a new brass button. I gotta say for a nearly 70 year old machine this thing is super nice, wish I would've scored this deal.

That looks like an early SB :ThumbsUp: Uses change gears and has babbitt bearings. Oil it before every use.
