April showers bring May.....................O's?
 

Bought an O today (thank you OCC member truckntran). Came with a k181 recoil and 6-12's that were extras. Also has a creeper. The Tecumseh will be coming out and I am looking for a k161 to go in. Also picked up a 4 digit recently, had some crazy fenders (normal for me, same thing was done to my 73). Rear end had tons of sludge in it. Washed it out with diesel fuel after I carved off the fenders, filled with cheap oil because I'm going to do bushings and axle seals soon due to leaks. Fixed a shorted to case start coil and she now starts and runs really wellAlso have some other needed parts on order and others in the works from Mr. P. Here's some pics.

Things that make you go "Oh!"....like a pair of O's!!! One that looks like a '61 with a funky front hitch (?) and the other with a creepy gear--way to go.:beerchug:

Thanks guys. And yes, it's a may 61 i think. End of the 4 digits since it's a 9k serial. Haven't got the serial yet on the creepy one. It's still in NY. Front hitch will meet its fate from the fire wrench like the fenders did, just haven't made it there yet. I will say that it's made well just not meant to stay there.

Agreed. Btw, almost positive the guy I bought it from said it's main purpose was to be used as a Christmas decoration/yard art. Glad I saved it. :bash2:
