Mounting a 42" deck on my 100

I have the cast end 42" deck. I put it on my 100 last summer. Problem is that when you lowered the deck it would throw the belt. Pretty sure it was on correctly, but I would like to see exactly how it goes on. I went through the implement library and tractor library. Not sure if I'm just missing it or what.

The deck would work fine when it was all the way up.When I lowered it down the belt and deck pulley would go out of alignment. As it was lowered down, the front of the deck pulley would be too low causing the belt to come off. I posted about this a long time ago and someone had mentioned that I might have to space the rear deck hangers of the deck to bring the nose of the deck up. I just want to see the manual to make sure I'm not missing anything before I do that.

Thanks for any insight.

Getting the deck level front to back should fix the problem. It uses a 3/8"x81" belt. When I got my 100 from my dad, he complained that he could never keep the belt on. The problem was that he was using an "A" width belt which is closer to 1/2". Since I started using the right belt, it has never jumped off. I also added a simple belt guide to the slack side of the deck pulley so that it can never jump off.
