RZT 50" mower cut
 

Have a RZT 50, was cutting great until a few months ago, now I get a strip of uncut grass and it seems one of the blades cuts lower, I put new blades on two times already, no difference, any thoughts?

....but your thread is in the wrong category sing your RZT is not an IH cub cadet.

Have you tried slowing down your mowing speed? Did you hit something (stump or curb) with your deck? Is your strip of grass left over because your roller is mashing it down on the front of your deck (if you have a roller on it)?

I'd check for a bent spindle/cracked deck housing on the low cutting blade.
