Haban Sickle questions
 

I'm talking to a guy with a Haban sickle mower off what he thinks was a 1250 cub. My question is how hard will it be to mount it on my 1811 or the 1050 if I rebuild it? He does not know if all the mounts are there because he bought it unmounted and never mounted it on his Cub. That was ten years ago but he is pretty sure the guy he bought it from had a 1250. He says it is a model 402 but did not know which 402.
If I buy it I'm going into it figuring I will be making mounts for it. Does anybody have one mounted on an 1811 that could post some pics of the mount? What do you think is a fair price for the mower?
I will be trying to see it in person this week as soon as our work schedules let us get together. I hope to bring it home and add it to the herd but I might have to sleep in the yard :NailBite: I have the truck full of cub parts so maybe if I blend it with those nobody will notice :bigthink:

I have one on a 1641. Thing is a riot. I was cutting bamboo with it yesterday. Here is the thread on how I mounted it.

Yeah I have been following your progress. The one I am looking at looks like it mounts different in front but I think if I use a mule drive frame like you did it will bolt right up.
