Only Cub Cadets - Best year for blackberries

A few weeks ago I watched a short interview on the local news with a fella talking about berries and tomatoes.

He said that this was the best year EVER for these fruits, I'm guessing he was talking about our general region.

Last year we didn't get many blackberries in the little patch that I set out a couple of years ago, maybe two small handfuls.

This year as been much better, our plants were loaded and many of the berries are huge. Keep in mind these are wild berries not the "tame ones".

Also please understand that the large one in the picture is the exception and not the rule, but in general the berries are much larger than normal.
