Small Engine Show & Swap Meet in Portland, Indiana
 

Made it to Portland Saturday and it was a muddy mess!! Didn't purchase anything cub cadet related and didn't stay very long--humid, muddy, and HOT! But in the short time that I was there, I found some Marx Bros. statues (I'm a big Marx Bros. fan), so I purchased them. Then I found out they belonged to a former NBA Pacer center, Rik Smits, who stands 7'4"....and I found out that he was in the next booth. So, I got to meet him and he obliged me with his signature. What is even neater is that it was on his birthday!! What a really nice fella. Just goes to show that you meet some of the nicest people when you least expect it.
