I went tonight to look at a 1450. I've owned just about every model of cub from an o up to a 169 but never a QL. Thanks to the info on this site I was able to give it a good looking over and knew what the problem areas were. I walked away from the deal due to a few issues but the big one being that it only had one engine mount bolt left in it and the guy didn't think that was a big deal, and wouldn't come down on his price. I just want to say that this site is a great reference tool for everyone from beginners to serious cub guys like me. Thanks again

I managed to get a non running diesel engine to run and I know nothing about Diesels.

I learn way more here than I do out of the manual.
