It's the angle . I haven't installed it all the way. The teeth are fine. So you think it's timed correctly?

to me it looks half a tooth off

If you turn it one tooth clockwise it looks one tooth off and if you turn it counter clockwise from the pic doesn't look right either. Mad at myself for forgetting to mark it exactly wasn't worry cause I knew there were timing marks on the crank an cam. Wish they marked these better from factory! This looks correct here's another pic.
