Mower deck differences
 

What are the main differences between say the 50A and the 50C series decks?

1/2 pulley on the "A" deck, 5/8 on the "C" deck.

Is pulley size the only difference? I have a 782D with a 44C deck and a 1450 with the 50A deck, I would like to get a 50" for the 782D and wanted to know how many options I had for it. Can the pulley off the 44C deck be swapped onto an A series deck?

Yep. Just swap pulleys. :beerchug:

You will also have to move one of the front hangers on the deck to work with the 782 deck carriage.
