Battery Relocation

I bought a 108 puller already built and the guy I bought it from put a new battery in it the problem with it is the terminals are to high so when you sit on the seat it cuts the lawn mower off I want to move the battery. Where do you guys recommend relocating it to?

Why move it?..... just put a shorter battery in. Or put some shims under the seat pan and move it up. Simple solutions are better!

A couple pieces of leather or rubber to cover the posts wouldnt hurt either

put bumpers on the underside of seat so it won't ever go down that far.

Change to fiberglass seat.

Lose some weight?

The shims or rubber would be the better idea im not gonna put another battery in when the one in it is new

hey, worst thing that can happen is you sit on it and blow the battery up when you short it out, problem solved. now you can get a new battery
