Hydraulic lift on 100. A few questions.
So about a year ago a 125 with hydraulic lift popped on CL, and I kept going back and forth if I was going to get it. When I finally decided to pull the trigger it was gone. Well, it's back on CL:bigeyes: They elderly guy that bought it a year ago, has put it up for sale. He said he ran it out of gas and now it won't start. I'm going to get it in the morning.
I plan on transplanting the hydraulic lift to my 100. The 125 isn't in the best shape, where my 100 isn't half bad. As far as I know I will need the rock shaft, pump, pulley, all brackets and hoses. Will this be a direct swap from the hydro tractor to the gear drive tractor? I'm hoping so. Probably won't be able to mess with it for a while, but I'm not missing my chance at this lift again. Here is the soon to be donor 125 http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...psb6cdb5d4.jpg And recipient 100 http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...psgyjpkmki.jpg |
Yes it is a direct fit ,but you need to drill holes in the frame to install it,and notch the clutch cover to make it work.
Nice find!! |
Good to know. Thanks Lew.

As a bonus, the installation manual is in the tech section, and gives you all the info you need on what to cut/drill and where. Can't remember exactly what thread it is, but it's there. Good luck on the swap!
Ps you should be able to swap over the rock shaft from the 125, then you can leave your original one unmolested. |
