Bought a plow
 

Scored a plow today 4 miles from home. Seems pretty big. Saw it in front of a local feed store and called about it Friday, he told me $40 so I beat feet down there.

Good score! I had one bought for $50 ,but couldn't get there for a few days and the guy sold it, can't blame him. Will keep my eye out for one that's resonable in price. There's a guy here in town has one for $155 , but feel that kinda high and he would only come down to $150.

I dunno Jon, first plow I've ever had-guy told me it was a 14"=when I measure the top curved plow part it is 10", but the bottom adds over 3 1/2 ".
I can tell its a Brinly, the decal can be made out still.

Looks like a 10" plow to me. I had a 12" Brinly and it had a brace from the landslide to the back of the moldboard. :beerchug:

here it is with a yardstick, no coulter but you can tell it had one at one time this is how the guy said you measured a plow. I couldn't find that post by merk before I went to buy it.
