Cutting tires

Who do you guys from NC get to cut your tires, or if you do it yourself? How hard is it? I have a set of Carlisle tru powers that need some serious work.

There's a guy in NC that does some pretty good tire cutting. He cuts the tires that Steve Williford and Julian Stahl use in Quarterscale. can't remember His name tho
