I tried out the new to me 450 snowblower on the 2082 the other day for the first time. It threw the snow very well but it left about 1/2" behind on the driveway that turned slippery from driving on it. No matter what I did I couldn't get the scraper bar to rest on the pavement. The previous owner had it on a super, it had the extension brackets installed so I figured I could just attach it and go. Well I was wrong, I went back and re-read the installation manual and compared the set up to the 451 I had setting on the trailer and discovered although it had the extension brackets on it the guy had never moved the carriage pivot links to the correct hole on the bracket. Something to keep in mind when swapping these blowers from standard tractor to super tractor, you need more than just the extension brackets and a longer belt.
