Plow refurb
5 Attachment(s)
Well... Because of a snowstorm that delayed my PD... I decided to pretty up the old plow. So over the past couple days I tore it apart, stripped it, primed and did some paint. I painted all the bottom stuff and coulter black, and the main frame and coulter arm white, because I was running out of black. It doesn't look great, but I will look better than it did before! I should get around to putting it together on Sunday, with new hardware. I got some pics for ya. I don't know if these will work... I'm doing this all from my itouch.

Ya we pretty much just got sand here! It's a summerfallow feild, so it's pretty soft too. All tires have at least 50 pounds of fluid in them though

Your plow looks great, Tyler! :beerchug:

Tyler it looks like all you need is a little setup advise and you will be good to go. If that is a 10" plow, it should be connected in the middle hole. Also, when you are plowing, you need your right tire actually in the furrow. In the pics, you are straddling it. If you have it setup correctly, the beam of the plow should be perpendicular to the ground.
Happy plowing, AJ |

They are both an 8 inch... So the tire doesn't fit in the furrow very well, and we didn't go fast enough to throw the did over... But I learned a lot!!!
