Model 71 throttle linkage

First off I'm new here so bear with me. My issue is a Model 71 that I've been messing around with for a year or so. Took it down to the frame and painted everything. To be fair it was a basket case when I started, like a pile of parts. I have the motor running and aside from the rod knock its sounds good. My problem is the linkage to the throttle and choke, I can't find anything left in my parts stash that looks like what I need. What I need is the connection from the cable to the arm on the governor. On a larger model I have seen an arm that's bolted to the case that the cable hooks to and a spring running to the governor arm. I don't ever see it in the parts catalog. Any help would be greatly appreciated, a photo would go a long way.

Should be a round wheel behind the governor arm that the cable hooks to ,it may have several holes ,look for the one with ware marks

REDDHOGG is right.

There should be a round disk and a short arm behind the governor arm, the cable goes in the worn hole in the disk and clamps to the hole in the short arm.

The cable is routed to the bottom of the front of the engine and curves up to the governor.
